This position takes sales for MSMS/sequencing in selected Region, to ensure the integration and growth of products development, marketing, and sales in the market to satisfy local customer needs./在所辖区域内完成串联质谱以及测序等相关服务的销售,保证区域内产品信息、市场等信息整合、业务增长以满足客户需求。Key responsibilities include/主要职责a)Achieve annual achievement of multiple order and revenue targets/完成所辖区域内的销售任务b)Prospecting for customers and business opportunities, and qualifying new leads / 挖掘区域内客户需求和商业机会c)Providing local market analysis and development/execution of action plans to drive product sales/提供所在辖区内的市场分析/执行公司的销售策略以达成销售业绩d)Provide Sales and product support to all sales in terms of individual deal to win the customers and close the transactions /支持所属销售团队共同完成客户转化和销售过程Qualifications/职位要求:
a)Minimum bachelor degree on Molecular /biology and other related field/生物学或相关专业本科毕业)b)At least 3 years solid experience in healthcare industry taking various commercial roles, with track record in either Sales or Marketing functions/在IVD/医疗器械等相关公司有三年以上销售管理相关工作经验c)Good command of selling skills, including negotiation, communication /较强的交流谈判技巧d)Strong leadership capabilities, including planning and execution, KOL development, influencing skills /有比较强的领导能力包括影响力/执行力以及维护重点客户的能力
